MPX Hinge Cracked

Horror of horrors, my 5 month old MPX has developed a crack on the plastic hinge on one side. This really disappointed me coz I have never dropped it and have taken very good care of it. Worse still I wrote to Motorola and they basically said "too bad, it's your own fault"

Nonetheless, you may want to bring your handset directly to one of our authorised service centres for the technicians to fix the problem on the handset. Since the handset's warranty is void due to physical damage, the service centre may charge you accordingly for the repair service."
Looks like it's super glue time soon.
