Ham Chim Peng






Deep fried bread in many ways. It may be just in long sticks like Yu char koay or smaller versions with crispy sugar.


Or in buns filled with glutinous rice or red bean paste.


Piping hot straight from the wok and has to be eaten fresh. This hawker is found in pulau tikus next to Ambank in the afternoon. At night the one along new lane is not bad either.
