Chicken Legs

One of my favourites. I could eat a whole plateful of these yummy chicken legs stewed till soft in dark soy sauce and shitake mushrooms.
I remember being grossed out the first time I was introduced to them as a kid but have been a fan ever since.
Pop one in your mouth and the flesh and skin just melts away leaving a pile of small metatarsals which you can spit out in a neat little pile!
Also eaten at New Lane, sold by the wan tan mee hawker.
Trust me it's really nice.
