Joo Hoo Eng Chye

I thought I would drop by for some supper on the way home. This is at Pulau Tikus Market which at night becomes a roadside hawker night spot.






I haven't had Joo Hoo Eng Chye(preserved jellyfish and squid with boiled vege) for a while and decided to treat myself.
It actually tastes pretty nice sort of a salad with squid and pickled jellyfish. A nice side dish to be shared in a group.
Washed down with a glass of star fruit juice.



Ok my diet should start tomorrow!
