Although we do not encourage anyone to dig their ears, this lighted earpick can be useful. I use it to remove foreign objects from ears. Big pieces of ear wax can be removed with ear syringing.

I had this gadget once but not so useful. When u dig your ear with it, you will feel the heat from the flashlight!
Haha this is a new one la Seteck, it's a LED light so it does not heat up. I only use it to remove foreign bodies under direct vision.
