Asus Eee PC in Malaysia
Over the weekend the Asus EeePC was launched in KL, but the official launch will be Nov 16th. The price will be about RM1299 for the 4gig model. Some are selling it early for RM1499, a rm200 premium for early "beh tahan ie cannot wait" users.
I predict that it will shake up the laptop and pda/handphone industry just by it's price point and form factor. It is ideal for students and uncles and aunties (and my mum and wife) to stay connected/check their email etc. Almost a "Zen of Palm" thing...like a "Zen of Laptop"
Anyway we shall wait and see.

the EeePC looks cool. More gadgets to spend money on. Wonder if future models will have WiMax.
Then can use it as a mobile phone
I'd wait for a truly instant one device
