A day in the life of an Malaysian Tech-Savvy Doctor Down Under in Geelong, Australia. Blogging on the go through my pdaphone. Current PDA : Iphone 4, Samsung Galaxy S2, Ipad 2
I "hate" insurance questionaires and checkups as there are so many questions....it's even worse when the patient tries to hide their illnesses from you.
Well being on the other side (me being the agent) have its fair share of doctors not filling up forms properly. Worst case ever, it took many weeks to have a medical report. I understand docs are busy people but do have heart.
Imaging if something happened to the patient while his insurance was delayed due to medical questionaire not submitted?
Anyway, I've also been in the shoes the customer don't tell us the whole story. When the doc's report & proposal forms don't match, pening-lah.

Yes you are right, sometimes doctors delay it also because it is so tedious. Luckily I just cleared all of mine!
