Dr Chua Leads by Example
I was quite impressed to see Dr Chua has a good exercise routine. At least he seems to be one of the ministers who is doing a good job and is "walking the talk" and not just talk kok! I think I will try to follow his 6.30am rise and exercise theme to get in shape...unfortunately I am pretty round at the moment...Dr Chua you are my hero! “About 80% of Malaysians do not exercise. “Twenty years ago, only 6% of the population had diabetes.
