Locums Allowed...Finally

"From today, government doctors are allowed to do locum work in the private sector when they are off duty.
Dr Chua said there are five rules that doctors must observe before they take up locum services:
This is good as they cannot stop it anyway. Also doctors need the extra income as the Government pay is low. Anyway when I worked in the G, I never did locums as I was too damn tired and too busy with too many calls to do it anyway. The only docs who have time to do it are in the health clinics or those who are in OPD or non-busy departments.
