How to Obtain Warranty from Motorola

Yes, my motorola MPX is revitalised with a new screen, keypad and even the hinge was fixed. Thank you Moto. Anyway here is how to get your warranty repair.

1. Firstly go to Moto Service One website and register your phone. From here you can submit your problem or complaint directly to Motorola HQ.

Do not complain to your service center directly. It is better to go directly to Motorola and then let them direct the service center to repair your phone.

2. Moto Service one will ask you for your contact details through email(with an incident reference number) and they will call you or email you with details about the nearest service center.

3. Bring your warranty card and print out the email and go to the Moto Service 1 center. Their policy is to return your set within 4 hours if possible. If not they will call you and tell you when, normally within 2 days. You can ask them to arrange for a replacement phone during that time.
**Make sure you back up all your data as your phone will be hard resetted**
*Also remove your screen protector and memory card and stylus*

4. Pick up your phone, check to see all is ok, and you're a happy potato.
