Well here I go on Reductil to try to trim down my overweight body. Why do they always sho a thin sexy girl on the adds? Still I hope to be able to cut down my weight. Will post updates here.

It suppresses your apeptite center and has some metabolic effect, helping the person to reduce his/her weight. You need to consult your family doctor. And yes, you still have to exercise and cut down your calory intake.....cherio!
What it does is increase your body's metabolism and reduces appetite. You still have to exercise, but you will expend more energy, and not feel hungry the whole day. I definitely am eating less and not snacking so much...

Recently I have weight problem. I believe it does link to the stress that I am facing right now.
I am an active person. I go to gym every morning. then go to the office for the next 8 hours then on the evening I will go to Shah Alam to attend my evening class. I am very careful with my food all this while, but my appetite can't be control when I am stressed out. Also, I have the biggest problem of all, I don't eat green,
Anyway, I should loose weight by looking at my daily activities but it turn out the other way around. My BMI was 28 which makes me felt I am another bluehyppo.
I know I am desperate to reduce weight and I understand that to consume Reductil you're required to visit G.P for advise before they allow you to purchase it. I know I shouldn't by pass this but I did. I managed to purchased Reductil 15mg from local pharmacy and the product does help me to reduce 4kg in one month.
Now I am looking forward to continue consuming the product for the second months. However, to my concern is that does the product will damage my liver after a long intake (i.e. is it as bad as duramine)?
Perhaps your advise will help me to manage my weight from increasing.
