Docs in UK losing out?
Yeah right...it doesn't matter if they are in peripheral hospitals in UK. They make 7 times the amount we make in Malaysia and work far less hours. About promotions, well perhaps you haven't noticed that promotions in Malaysia isn't unbiased either.
