Surgical night shift for a week from 9pm to 0730 Good refresher of all my iv line setting. Admissions for all the surgical specialties and
met calls.
MET calls are interesting. It us basically a team consisting of an ICU registrar and the on call residents who respond to unstable patients. The patient is then stabilized and the acute issue dealt with.
