I have been on and off caffeine. I get the half-caff when I go to coffee houses now but not always. I don't drink caffeine after 2PM if I can help it. Might be because I am getting old.

I am drinking the Nescafe Taster Choice decaf - around Rm24 from Tesco. Not bad! :)
The Gold Choice is not bad. Tastes ok.I was thinking of the Taster's choice,but rm24,I thought I would try the rm12 Gold Choice first. So far no withdrawalllllllllllll sssssssyyyymmmttooommsss..
Seriously the decaf makes hellalot of difference!! ;) no more palpitation and sweaty palms!
