I wonder if my patient has PJ. The hyperpigmented lesions affect her father and aunties too. It is autosomal dominent.

this is a lichen plan disease for sure. It should be checked hepatitis virus B and C to rule them out. Treatment must be done with topic corticosteroids, better try potent ones, antihystaminic drugs
