This small bridge in Bayan Baru isnear completion but it has taken nearly 3 years. It straddles a smelly drain that used to be a river. Its sad that 20 years ago, all these smelly drains used to be beautful rivers filled with fish. Looks like nature in Penang is going down the drain.
