Looks like we are famous again for all the wrong things. As we strive to move forward in this internet age where anybody can Blog and share their views, something like this comes along. Malaysians are generally a docile lot, just the threat of detaining bloggers like Nathaniel and Raja Petra will discourage further blogging. But what of check and balance in a country where all the media is government controlled? Instead of catching bloggers why don't they work on the increasing crime rate?

I remember that in Australia the newspapers openly criticised the government and politicians. Over here we tend to shoot the messenger!
