Just saw a new case today, young lady coughing for one year. Loss of weight and occasional haemoptysis but no apparent ptb contact. But she probably caught it from someone like herself, coughing everyday in the office.

Chest X-ray shows a cavitating lesion on her right midzone and apical fluffy opacities.
