I was at the beach this morning with my mum and we managed to dig up some siput/pipis. Enough for a plate of stir fried siput with garlic. Yum.

Hey!! it sure brings back memories of the days I used to do that when we had picnics at batu ferringhi.
Ya I dug them up at tanjung bungah. It's a half moon now, quite a lot of siput. Hard work digging them up with my foot!
hi, i remember the ol' days when i dug up loads of siputs with my grandma in gurney drive, savouring some freshly made sugar cane juice.
nowadays i go back, i find it harder n harder to dig these siputs... can anyone recommend me an exact place in penang to dig siputs?? which part of tanjung bungah or batu ferringhi?? was behind crown prince, i spent 3 hours only to come up with 18 siputs. such a disappointment!
