About a month ago I cleaned and stitched this wound painstakingly and asked the patient to come for dressings. But since 2 did such a good job, the patient didn't bother to come for dressings and even cut off the stitches himself. Suffice to say the wound broke down and got infected so he has to come for dressings anyway and will be left with an ugly scar. Please listen to your doctor sometimes.
