CCTV captures doc defacing car

I was reading in the Star Today

"A CLOSED-CIRCUIT television (CCTV) camera caught a doctor scratching a car at a reserved lot of a private hospital in Kuala Lumpur, reported China Press.
The car owner, Chang Guan Hee, 34, lodged a police report and was considering legal action against the doctor.

The daily quoted Chang as saying that he found scratch marks and three plastic objects on his car.
He had sent his mother to the hospital for medical treatment and had gone to collect his car an hour later.
Although the doctor agreed to compensate Chang for the damage, Chang was irked that the doctor refused to apologise. "

Not very good behaviour for a doctor. We give both the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps the car owner was parking in the doctor's car park. However that still does not excuse his behaviour.
