Naza Sutera?

Naza is launching a new small car today which will be about rm$35000. The above picture is from a chinese forum. But I think it should be accurate because I saw one trailer, full of small cars being transtported to Penang yesterday that looks remarkably like this car. Anyway cars are terribly overpriced and airbags and abs are not standard. We have seen enough accidents to know that our cars are not safe. Thats why I drive a tank (a 1984 E23 BMW).

naza sutera sucks. brake pump rosak first month and brakes screeching like mad. speedometer gone in the second week of using. first week itself, brakes start screeching, air compressor making noise, my mom also bought one, the radio rosak first time use, fittings loose, holes here and there. never buy one! take it from me!

My Naza is less than a year old but wiper stopped functioning twice (and during raining season);clutch cable snapped and had to be towed to the workshop for parts replacment and mind you...I had to pay for the replacement and the workshop asked me to claim from Naza on my own;break jammed just because I did not "drive my car around" just to get the brakes dry (it seems that water sipped in between the tyres and brakes, thus causing the jam); brakes screeching. What is this car all about? Is it safe for us to drive? Help!!!

BEWARE OF BUYING CARS FROM NAZA MALAYSIA!

Naza Malaysia - "Malaysia's Leading Automotive Company"

"A used car has to work particularly hard to get our seal of approval. Mechanics, electrics, bodywork, interior, tyres, wheels, vehicle history and mileage."

The above statement can be found on the Naza website for NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd
who is proud to be one of the largest authorised Mercedes-Benz dealerships with the latest and widest range of Mercedes-Benz models for Malaysia.

Sorry to say, the above statement is very contradictory because I know of at least 2 if not more people who have bought a Mercedes through Naza Malaysia encountering major problems with their Mercedes with a price tag of OVER RM800K after just 4 years despite regular service being done on the car. If compared to Japanese engineering, just take the case of Honda for example. I know also of someone who has owned a Honda (1993 Honda Accord) who is still driving the car presently and has no major issues with the car.

So please!
If you know anyone who wishes to buy a car from Naza Malaysia, please advise them against it at they are making the biggest mistake of their life and that they better look elsewhere if they don't want to throw their money down the drain.
