Haste Makes Waste

I got up late today and was rushing to go to work. Kept to the speed limit but ran a yellow light and saw the flash of the traffic light camera...geez. All that rushing and I'll probably get a ticket and fine. In the end I realised I would only lose a few minutes if I slowed down. Anyway a busy day ahead for me as I am alone in a busy clinic today...will be trying to see patient's fast but at the same time try not to miss any problems. Oh and it's my baby Amy's first birthday today too!
