Back to Basics

Since I am not working at my clinic now, most of my blogging will be from my MPX once again. So I've changed the Blog back to a simple 2 column layout. Black seems to bring out the pictures better as I post pics taken from my MPX. The road is uncharted, I actually want to continue to specialise but worry as I hope I am not too late.
