Mini 2 by December?

I heard rumours that the new XDA mini 2 would be here by December...well hope springs eternal. However you can preorder it from Europe, maybe to be a Beta tester! I hope that the pricing will be like that of the O2 Mini, or cheaper. Anyway it's probably worth the wait till December if you plan to buy the Mini. Expect to see the price drop soon.
