Flattery will get u...Spam?

Recently I notice I am getting spam through the comments on my blog. It would be from Anonymous saying something like "I enjoyed reading your blog" or "Good work" followed by "please visit my site". I guess deep down we like our blogs to be appreciated, and the spammers are using that.
