Life as a New GP is Tough

It's been nearly a year and business is still slow. I realise that being a GP is more about marketing and rapport and contacts. There isn't much money to be made from medications as most can be bought from Pharmacies. Patients don't want to pay for consultations and would rather self medicate, or visit pseudo-pharmadocs hehe. It's time to reeveluate and perhaps look for other oppurtunities.
