iPhone 4 still hard to get

Finally I am at the end if my phone contract and want to change my iphone 3GS to a iPhone 4. But it seems that the iphone is always out of stock in Geelong and Warrnambool anyway. The problem is that the iPhone 5 is coming out sometime in July but I will be locked into a 2 year contract if I get one now. My other issue is coverage. Telstra has the best coverage but also the most expensive plans. Optus has better deals but I can't get 3G reception indoors. Oh well.
