Prigedel

I had a bit of my favourite Nasi Padang and one of the side dishes is a prigedel. It has Dutch origins since indonesia was under the Dutch for a while.

Mashed potato with minced meat and herbs rolled into a ball. Dipped in egg and fried. A yummy mashed potato ball!
