Specialist Admissions and Ward Calls

I am on call from 0800 to 2200 today as it is a holiday. Have to run around to cover the specialty wards and admissions till 10pm. Then the night cover doctor takes over till 0800.
Tomorrow I start in cardiology. 8 hours of call to go. Not as gruelling as calls in Malaysia but still stressful.
