iPhone 3G : How to Access the Sim Card

Imagine the horror when I first got my iPhone 3G and what does apple do? They send me off on a rampage searching for a paperclip or needle to open the SIM card slot! There is a little hole at the top of the iPhone just next to the earphone jack.
Well 2 days later I found out the there is a small tool (easily missed!) in the box to open it. It is stuck on the black cardboard in the box. Here is a pic of it. Just stick it in the hole and push firmly and the SIM card slot will come out. Good Luck!

That's an interesting article.
Is it true that we can potentially jam the SIM card if we attempt to have hypercard dual sim in same phone?
