Ah had a big bowl of delicious beef noodles with added bean sprouts, lemon and basil leaves. Had this in Springvale where there is a large Vietnamese community.

That looks very, very good. EGAD! The first day I landed in Australia I went to Chinatown for lunch. Such a great place to visit, I am a little jealous that I have not had the chance to live there.
