Obviously they have not seen the japanese sailor moon uniforms! To suggest that our school uniforms are too skimpy and would lead to premarital sex and rape is totally...beyond words. The most important sexual organ is between your ears, so maybe we should place more emphasis on education and teaching a bit of self control.
