How to Make Billions, The PGCC way!

If you want to get rich, don't become a doctor, be a politician! I work so hard and my bank account is only so small, but some people are making billions!

So here is the PGCC way.

1. Set up a company and have some insider in the Turf club to sell you the land cheap at RM40 per square foot ie. RM488,000,000 for the whole turf club. With the price of a house in Jesselton at 1.5 million each, this would be equivalent to say buying 250 houses.

2. Do some magic and get the same piece of land rezoned to Mixed Development and plan a Global Concrete City and value it at 25,000,000,000 (25 billion or 50 x 500 Million). Also get a high ranking government official to launch it before it gets approved. Ignore any protests by the local natives!

3. Sell off the whole project to some rich Saudi company so you don't have to even come up with a cent.

4. If things backfire just get the directors of the company to resign and put the blame on some unfortunate stoogie, preferably your inside man in the Turf club.
