Celcom Barred

My postpaid Celcom line is barred even as I paid it in full yesterday. A real pain in the @#$. Celcom is the fastest to block your line, but the slowest to acknowledge payment. There isn't an online payment option either. Digi's service is much better, I am only using Celcom because of the 3G line.
