Tai Lor Min

...literally means giant noodles. In Kuala Lumpur it is called Hokkien Mee as opposed to the Penang Prawn noodles. The large noodles ae stir fried in simple black thick soya sauce with seafood. There is usually some sambal belacan chilly sauce to go with it. This was eaten at the open air coffee shop at the Pulau Tikus market.
