I am buying a second hand Kembara and it has to go for a compulsory puspakom inspection in Teluk Kumbar. It is so far away about 20 minutes after the airport. Fortunately we were the first private vehicle here at 8am. It was surprisingly fast. Cost rm30 and took 15 minutes.
