I just walked down to check out the new Wira Replacement Model, the Proton Persona. The outer aspect is very much like the Gen 2, but there are many refinements under the hood and in the cabin which has much improved.
The boot is nice and spacious with a key slot to open it. The stupid analog clock is gone and replaced with a nice dashboard clock. The back seat passenger has more headroom but only just. I am 168 cm tall but hhad only 2cm head clearance.
Still I was impressed with the improvements and the pricing from rm48 to 55k, which is what we in Malaysia think is cheap!
