Looks like this is becoming an essential part of a General Practice. Sadly people are willing to pay thousands for a smooth wrinkle free face, but will refuse to pay more than rm20 for a doctor's consultation.
So I may have to take up botox and skin peels, dermabrasions, suture suspensions and fillers.
