Suicidal, Homicidal Ideation

It's a nightmare for a deranged suicidle student to kill 32 innocent people at the height of their lives. You know how as doctors we are told to look out for suicidle ideation, whether there is a risk of the patient hurting himself or others. It shows that we as doctors must not, dare not ignore a cry for help, no matter how aggressive or non responsive the patient is. A very sad lesson indeed.
