2007 seems to be flashing by. In no time it will be Thaipusam and then CNY. Decor in the shipping mails are already geared towards the red season.

I cant wait! Four weeks in Penang eating home cooked food and soaking up the atmosphere. Free of work! When is Thaipusam? I want to see it again this year as last year was my first time.
Thaipusam is on the 1st of Feb 2007. CNY is on the 18 and 19th of Feb.
I'll miss it by nine days then. Actually the most vivid memory if Thaipusam I have from last year is the insanity of the traffic due to road closures and CNY visitors all mixed into one giant blender.
