After coming back from the ortho course I was reminded that we need to protect our feet or else we will get all sorts of foot problems. I have got a bit of plantar fasciatis. It's basically a pain in the heel of thee foot which is worse in the mornings when u get up or after sitting for a long time. To prevent it you have to make sure u have good shock absorption for your shoes, and of course good shoes. These medigel insoles from Bata are pretty good and cost rm19.90.
