Generally I have always recommended a Palm based phone for doctors especially if they have no prior experience. Using the Treo 650 confirms that it is quite "idiot doc proof".

Generally docs need a reliable phone and some medical reference apps like Skyscape and drug references. In this respect the Treo gives a good experience.
