Government Doctors take ages to get Confirmed

I just read this in the Mypdacafe forum post by Wooikok...sadly very true!

Just to get confirmed is like running a non ending marathon....
1.Finish housemanship
2. attend induction
3. fill in form for confirmaton...
4. fill in form (again) cause some one in the HQ(state) level misplaced the forms
5. fill in form (again x2) cause someone in the HQ at Putrajaya is on LONG/study/maternity leave..so documents LOST/"tak tahu pergi mana" or the usual "dia pergi tandas" or "ada mesyuarat"...
6.then fill in form again cause "ada butir tidak"lengkap/"ada benda tak " sign...
7. then ur local dept clerk calls up the HQ at putrajaya...asking why after 4 yrs in service still not confirmed...the reply...BELUM PROSES lagi..what the Fxxx are the doing there???
8. then fill in form again cause this time...u PERSONALLY go to putarjaya....oh sorry to mention.."pegawai berkenan CUTI" and the other 100 "pegawai" "tak boleh" handle "kerja dia"...
yah...that's my/some of my friends experience..imagine i some dr was working in Keningau Sabah and this happened how the hell would he/she be able to get confirmed..and hoe much have to spend (time & money) to get this done..
the effect...longer time needed to apply for Masters cause without confirmation "tak layak"
the conclusion....LEAVE this sxxxxx service....
really sick and tired of all the lame excuses these people give..
the best thing is that come to work dragging their feet at 8am..clean therir desk till 8.30am...do "something" till 10.30am..then off for "minum pagi"..come back at 11.00am then do some work and wait for 12.30pm for lunch...then come back at 2.00pm.."try to do some work(mind u they got post prandial confusion) then wait for 3.30pm..another "minum petang" and by 4.30pm..clean their desk again....wait at the puch card machine and when it hits 5.00pm..EVERYONE rushes to get their bloody card punched...and off the head home...and that only for Mon to fri(Sta&Sun>>holiday)
the poor Dr..starts work at 7am..no morning thea break..goes through lunch break till maybe 1.30pm..grabs a quick bite and get back to work befre 2pm..continues working through afternoon tea and continues till after 5pm until the jobs are done..maybe till 7pm..if lucky..if on call "mati katak" la..continue to work till the next day....
the pay for these young enthusiatic "dr" is RM2100+...
now u guys think gov dr rich or not...i would think so cause all the little $$ we earn cannot get used...NO bloddy time ma...and if die in ambulance..sorry la no compensaton>>TAK CONFIRM LAGI...
