Medscape : Stay Up to Date

One of my favourite Medical Websites is Medscape.
Registration is free and then you have access to a home page of the specialty of your choosing. Latest news and summaries of the latest studies, editorials and patient info. Very comprehensive and it also awards CME points. It helps me keep up to date with whats happening in the medical world.
