These are the 2 famous makers of tau sar peah in Penang. These are traditional biscuits made with tillseed oil. I think Him Heang tastes better overall.

Him Heang is definately a better choice. Besides I believe it was HH that made GH buckle up. GH has been a round for the longest time but they were not aggresive nor were they dynamic until HH came along.
I don't like both.
