My friend gave me this fruit from Cameron Highlands. Does anyone know what it is? It looks like a bougainvilla outside and a berry inside. Tastes a bit like mango!

This is a kind of wild tomatoes. in Kerala, u can find plenty of this. Children play with the outer cover of this fruit by blow air inside it..We call it "njotta" or "kaamini"
